Up goes the Christmas Tree

When i was a little girl... on my birthday ( Dec 12 ) we would always go and get our Christmas Tree and take it home and decortate it. Now that my daughter Tianna was born on Dec 3rd, our family goes out and cuts down a tree and decortates it on her birthday.

The first post - Introduction

Here is our family

Lori aka Mom - like to bake, scrapbooking, organization, spending time with her family

Paul aka Dad - works lots, like to play with sterio's, working on cars,

Kaytea ( I named her Katelynn, but we cant call her that anymore ;-) - Kaytea is 17 years old. She is graduating this year. She loves cheerleading, going on face book, hanging out with her friends.

Jordon - he is 14 years old. He is in grade 8. Jordon is a home learner. He love mountain biking, dirt biking, and photography.

Jessica - is 13 years old. She also is in grade 8. Jessica is a home learner as well. She love anything that is "girly". Jessica love to listen to music.

Tianna - is going to turn 12 years old next week. She is in grade 7. She is trying public school this year. She just recieved her first report card and has B honors and a medal for great effort. Tianna love animals. She also loves to read.

Joshua - is 9 years old. He is in grade 4. Joshua is a home learner. Joshua is fasinated with the army. He love to learn anything about the military.

Matthew - is 8 years old. He is in grade 3. Matthew is a home learner also. He love hockey. Matthew also love trains. I cant wait for the day to take him on a real train ride.

Taylor - is 6 years old. She is in grade 1. Taylor is a real smart cookie. She loves to learn just about anything. Taylor wants to be an artist and a mom when she grows up.

Abigial ( Abi ) - is 2 years old. She is our crazy child :-) She has a very strong personality. Abi love to play tea party and "house" with her babies. Abi wants to be a princess. She changes her clothes every half an hour. She is allways wanting to wear all the pretty dresses

Avalynn ( Ava ) is a year old today. Ava is a very sweet baby. She loves to just sit back and watch all that is going on around her. She is a quiet baby, that is until she gets mad. Then everyone had better watchout. Ava has a very bad temper. And of course being the youngest of nine children, she is very spoiled.

We also have a dog named Jake. Jake is a golden retriever. He is five years old. Jake is a such a good dog. But if the front door .... Jake is gone. And we cant get him back home for nothing.

We have a dog named Diesel. Diesel is a Newfie. He is just a baby. 7 1/2 weeks old. Diesel is fitting in just great with our family. He loves to chew everything! and bark at the cats.

We also have two cats. Buddy is a year and a half. Lucus is about 6 months. They are brothers, from differant litters of course. Buddy is a very laid back cat. He sometimes thinks that he is a dog. ( we named him Buddy after Air bud) Buddy loves to play with balls. He will stand up on his back legs and throw the ball. Lucus want to be just like his big brother. He watches Buddy and then trys to copy everything that Buddy is doing.

We have two rabbits, named Max and Ruby. Max is black and Ruby is White ( with red eyes)


We that is our family....... and I love each and everyone one of them. I wouldn't change a thing.

Happy Birthday To You!!

Ava is a year old today ! She is starting to let go when hanging on to something while standing. She is saying Mama. baba(when she wants a drink) , hey, bye. She is such a sweet quiet baby... that is untill she gets mad. Then everyone needs to watch out.

Abi is already 2 1/2 yeard old. She is growing up so quickly.


Abi loves to go to Sardis Park and see the ducks.Here she is with her siblings, minus her oldest brother and her oldest sister.

Time Flys !!!

Wow!! Tomorrow Ava will be 11 months old. Time fly by so quickly! She is growing so much. She is now saying words... bye, mom, what.... She is standing up on furniture and walking around on it. Ava is a big girl. She is very tall for her age. Its so hard to believe that next month it will be her first birthday!

Avalynn ( 7 months old)

Ava is such a great baby. She never fusses, unless she is hungry or tired, and even then she is so calm. I have never had such a quiet baby. Ava loves to sit in the living room or her room with a couple of toys. She will sit there for a long time. Ava started eating finger foods this month. She loves the gerber graduates. Sweet potato veggie puffs are her favorite. She is also eating cherrios and pancakes and french toast. Ava is trying to crawl. So far she can go backwards. But she is ready to get busy, I am not to sure how ready I am????

Update on Abi.( 2 1/2 years old)

Abi is growing and learning tons of new things each day! She loves going to "Party at the Park" on Friday nights and dancing to the music. Her favorite songs are "itsy bitsy spider" and "you are my sunshine". Her favorite toys are her tea set and babies. Her favorite shows are Aladin, Toopy and Beenu, carebears, and anything to do with Princesses. Abi is always dressing up like a "princess" She loves to play dressup.

Schools almost out.

Well, I sure haven't been keeping up with this blog. I am sure now that school will be out in less than a week that we'll have lots to share. I am looking forward to the summer.

Camping...Camping...Camping

Abigail loves camping. This is our first Camping trip of the year. Every day she is asking when we can go back "to camping"

First Cookie

YUMMY!! Ava tried her first cookie ( a farley banana buscuit) while we were camping on May long weekend. She made quite the mess, but she loved it.

Big Sister

Abi just loves being a big sister to Avalynn. She is doing a great job looking out for her. And she always makes sure the Ava has lots of love and kisses!

YUMMMM! First Foods

Avalynn had her first bite of food on April 3rd 2008. She had some pears and after the sour face, she actually loved them. Tomorrow morning I will add some to her rice cereal.
