Big Sister

Abi just loves being a big sister to Avalynn. She is doing a great job looking out for her. And she always makes sure the Ava has lots of love and kisses!

YUMMMM! First Foods

Avalynn had her first bite of food on April 3rd 2008. She had some pears and after the sour face, she actually loved them. Tomorrow morning I will add some to her rice cereal.

Well I have been very busy since my last post. Just hours after I added that last comment Avalynn came to join us!

8lbs 9 oz and 21 3/4 inches long

Our house has grown by two feet

Avalynn is here!!! She arrived on Monday November 26th at 8:58am. She was 8 lbs 9 oz and 21 inches long. She took her time on her date to come meet us ( she was 9 days late) but once she decided on the day, she came quickly. Giving mom only 1 1/2 hours of labor.

I am now 9 days over due!!! I am going to be induced in 2 days if I haven't had the baby, but it is now 3am and I am have more...... contractions. I have been getting contractions for the last week on and off. They never become regular or stronger, but just stay the same for hours and then go away. But tonight they are getting stronger although they are only about 7 min apart, they are short. I guess this kids is going to keep me guessing till the end :)
